Plus Candidate Qualifications Chair: She will help her committee to seek, qualify, and nominate candidates for the offices of Lieutenant Governor (if any) and Governor Elect.
District Conference & Convention Chair and Webmaster: In her dual role, she is responsible for planning and executing the District's conferences and conventions, in addition to managing the website to ensure it is a valuable resource for all members as well as the public.
Audit and Finance Chair: In consultation with the incoming Governor, District Secretary and or Treasurer, and others, she shall help prepare the proposed annual budget and shall exercise advisory supervision over all financial transactions.
Plus Supply Chair: She will be responsible for ordering and selling various OI items at our conferences.
Assistant Governor Plus Leadership Development Chair: She will Identify and promote future leaders and future trainers and coordinate with the Governor to facilitate
training.
Public Relations and Social Media Chair: She is responsible for managing the District's public image and communications, including social media.
Lt. Governor Zone 1, Foundation Representative and Childhood Health and Wellness Chair: She is responsible for connecting the District with the Optimist International Foundation and its mission of helping Optimists help kids.
Visual Arts Contest Chair: She will encourage clubs to participate in the Visual Arts Program.
Lt. Governor Zone 2, Scholarship Chair: He will coordinate and promote club participation in all scholarship competitions.
Lt. Governor Zone 3, Policy Chair / Parliamentarian: He will advise on matters of our District policies and parliamentary procedure as necessary
Lt. Governor Zone 4, Jr. Golf Tournament Chair: He is responsible for organizing and conducting an Optimist one day 18-hole Qualifying Tournament to send junior golfers to the Optimist International Junior Golf Championship in July

Oratorical, Essay, and Communications Contest for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Chair: In his triple role, he is tasked with promoting these scholarship contests to the public as well as supporting clubs and youth in this process.
New Club Building: His role involves helping identify underserved area and assisting sponsoring clubs with forming new clubs.
Plus Sergeant at Arms: His duties are to maintain order, provide logistical support, and act as the keeper of property and protocol.
Junior Optimist International (JOI) Chair: She plays a significant role in supporting and expanding JOI clubs, which is key to our organization's youth presence.
Growth Chair: Her job is the coordination and execution of a strategy that will grow the District through the increase of Optimist membership.
Member Engagement Chair: She will develop a plan that encourages member retention within all clubs in the district, members engagement within their clubs as well as at district conferences and events, and membership pride.
Programs and Projects Chair: His task is to promote the participation in Optimist International programs by clubs to serve their communities.
Activities Committee Chair: coordinating and promoting activities and programs within their District to support the mission of Optimist International, especially regarding youth development.
The Optimist International Board of Directors recommends amending the Suggested District Polices to add the following wording as mandatory to be included in District Policies:
