Welcome to the first quarter conference of the new Optimist Year!
The actual conference will be at the KC Hall in Jackson. The early bird registration fee is only $60 through Oct. 17. After that date the cost will be $65.

Below that is our new online Givebutter payment link. Click the link and you will be able to use Google Pay, credit or debit cards, your PayPal, or Venmo. Registration is not complete until you have paid.
You may also download the paper registration and mail it, with your check to our 2024-2025 EMO Secretary/Treasurer Pat Parsons at 2011 Iron Mountain Dr., Festus, MO 63028. Make your check payable to East Missouri Optimist District.
The hotel is La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson/Cape Girardeau. Scroll down to find the details for the hotel. Deadline to book your room is Oct. 17.
Givebutter is a nonprofit fundraising platform which allows us to accept payments online from your favorite credit or debit card, Google Pay, PayPal, or Venmo at reasonable rates.

RATE: $124/plus tax/night for K or Q rooms. We have blocked both Fri. and Sat. nights if anyone wants to stay over. There are 15 queen rooms and 3 king rooms blocked. Be sure to note how many nights you are staying. There is no penalty for non-booked rooms. Unreserved rooms will return to the hotel after cut-off date.
Note: last day to reserve rooms is Oct. 17, 2024 – Any rooms not canceled by Oct. 25 will be charged one night lodging.
